He is also trained in motivational interviewing, applying person-centred principles such as empathy, acceptance, and genuineness. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is trained in EMDR, CBT, and Psychosynthesis, integrating holistic methods to meet the unique needs of her clients. Sopio is fluent in English and has provided therapy to many international clients. Alongside her clinical practice, she lectures in Clinical Psychology to medical students and is recognized for her empathetic and professional approach. She has experience supporting people through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and challenging life transitions.

Davit is a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from SWPS University, an EFPA EuroPsy–accredited program. He is a member of the Georgian Psycho-Oncology Association and the Georgian Professional Union of Psychology, where he contributes to the development of ethical standards in Georgia. He has been practicing since 2020, working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related difficulties, identity-related stress, and suicidality. His research interests include suicide-protective factors, emotional regulation, and stress-coping strategies. Davit’s therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed and affirmative practices, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques, offering a comprehensive and culturally sensitive framework.

She has supported Ukrainian refugees in the past, combining empathy with practical strategies to guide clients toward both personal well-being and professional growth.
